Talent + Facebook - An Engagement Case Study

I've been fortunate to work with some amazing on-air talent, and have seen up front the power of making a fan-to-personality connection. I challenged the CSN talent to improve this experience by leveraging the power of Facebook and our live game broadcasts. By doing so, we not only saw an increase in their professional channel engagement, but the network brand awareness and exposure also increased.
